The structure of the Warrior Z54 is a multi-layered sandwich of materials, the first of which is rigid and spreads shock shock, while the second and third are progressively softer and absorb impact energy. The cubes that form the inner and outer surface of the Warrior Back are able to absorb an additional 20% of impact energy more than a simple single surface, while maintaining high abrasion resistance. The inner surface is also shaped to guarantee air circulation thus maintaining comfort, especially in hot climates. The special shape and surface structure make it a greatly flexible and light protector, easily storable, quick to equip and comfortable for every kind of riding position.
