The Alpinestars Andes V4 Drystar is made to follow you on the road, in the rain, in the cold and over long distances, whether you're moving around the city or hitting the mountain and national roads.

Compared to its predecessor V3, the Andes V4 Drystar® uses a more durable combination of 450D polyfabric and ripstop materials, as well as additional PU reinforcements in high-friction areas such as shoulders, elbows and forearms, giving you greater wear resistance in everyday and travel use.

Drystar® construction ensures 100% waterproofing and breathability, so you can keep going even when the weather gets rough. Compared to the V3, the V4 features an improved ventilation system with larger and longer direct ventilation openings on the chest and an overlap closure on the back for better air circulation when the temperature rises.

The removable full-sleeved thermal liner allows you to adapt the jacket to different temperatures throughout the winter and transitional seasons. The fit is more ergonomic than the V3, with more adjustment options: at the waist, a neck cord, bicep buckles, forearm straps, wrist adjustments, and an extended back hem for greater coverage, along with a chest loop for a hydration tube.

In terms of protection, it features CE Level 1 Nucleon Flex Plus protectors on shoulders and elbows and, compared to the V3, offers slots for the newer Nucleon PLASMA or cell back and chest protectors as an upgrade. It is also Tech-Air® Ready for use with Alpinestars airbag systems.

It features a watertight VISLON® zipper for quick and secure closure, as well as waterproof and water-resistant pockets, with two internal and a large waterproof back pocket, so you can safely carry your personal belongings on your daily commute or when traveling. Reflective inserts keep you visible even in low light.
